ARTICLE - How to Set Up your Alert Preferences

At EWO Trader we deliver Trade Alerts via both SMS and Email. Your Alert Preferences with regards to how you would like to receive Trade Alerts can be confirmed and/or updated by following the below process

1. Log into www.EWOTrader.com using your email address and password
   
   
   
2. Navigate to the ‘MY PROFILE’ and ‘ALERT SETTINGS’ page
   
   
   
3. Ensure the ‘Notification Type', Email and/or SMS is correct for each of your subscriptions otherwise you can updated it here
   
   
   
4. Once your phone number is correct, select the ‘SAVE’ button at the bottom left of screen
